How Your order is processed outlined below
Day 1 You make purchase and the following day your crate will travel to your nearest local delivery depot.
Day 2 - Day 4 From here the crate is delivered to your home address. We will send you tracking ID that you can use checking the delivery progress. The driver will call you shortly before arrival.
Standard Economy (2 - 4 working days)
Our Economy (working day) delivery service is 8am – 6pm, with rare exceptions. Please note that with an economy delivery we can’t give a 100% guarantee of the exact delivery date or time, so you must remain flexible when accepting deliveries. Depending from postcode, most of the orders are delivered on Day 2 or Day 3 after the day of dispatch. Standard delivery times are 2- 4 working days. If your order is received by 13:00 (working day), same day dispatch is guaranteed.
Guaranteed Delivery Day (£15 surcharge per crate)
Available only for free delivery postcodes. Option is recommended in cases when you wish to deliver in your preferred working day (Mon - Fri). When selecting 'Guaranteed Delivery Day' option, use calendar to choose the date when you want your crate to be delivered. Deliveries are made in regular hours (8am - 6pm) and all standard firewood delivery terms applies.
Standard Economy or Guaranteed Delivery Date?
If you cannot be that flexible about taking deliveries, we advise that you either select "Guaranteed Delivery Day" shipping option or comment in checkout box that you accept delivery without signature and leave clear and detailed instructions about where the crate needs to be placed. Note that all our deliveries are kerbside only and it is up to the driver’s discretion whether to place the pallet elsewhere.
If your order is received by 13:00, same day dispatch is guaranteed. If you have bought firewood before, then you will be familiar with our deliveries and access requirements. If this is the first time that you have bought firewood, then please make sure you read this section carefully. If you are in doubt, please call us.
What if I’m not available to accept the delivery?
Note that before you make your purchase online, you have an option to enter in the checkout comment box that you accept delivery without a signature or specify delivery day by selecting premium 'Guaranteed Delivery Day' option. However, clear and well detailed delivery instructions are required in all cases. Note that all our deliveries are kerbside only and it is up to the driver’s discretion whether to place the pallet elsewhere.
If you haven't chosen the 'delivery without signature' option and you are not available or at home when the delivery takes place, or unable to answer the phone, someone else will need to be there to sign for the delivery. If there is nobody available to accept or sign for the delivery, we will leave the firewood on the kerb. If the crate can not be left on the kerb side safely, then your crate will be delivered back to the local distribution warehouse. Please note that re-delivery will incur an extra re-delivery charge of min £35.00 + surcharges where applicable.

Important to check your delivery access
The delivery vehicle is at least 2.8m wide and 3.6 m high so please make sure there is sufficient space for easy access. The surface must be hard and level – it cannot be grass or inclined.
Please note that the pallet cannot be delivered where the access road does not provide 10 feet (3.4m) width clearance and 14 feet (4.3m) height clearance.
Ensure your access is clear and wide enough and even for heavy palletised goods transportation.
Please note that all our deliveries are Kerbside and it is up to driver's discretion to move your pallet elsewhere. In all cases for further pallet handling hard and even surface is required.
Please note! There will be redelivery charge of min £35.00 + delivery surcharges where applicable /per crate for each additional delivery attempt in cases when there is no one to receive the delivery or the delivery is unable to be left safely! When placing your order it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery point is suitable for delivery as per these given instructions.
