Are we open for business?

Yes, we are operating as normal with the only exclusion currently business accounts in Wales – pubs, restaurants and hotels. Our customer service team working remotely, available 8am-6pm Mon-Fri. Email sales@buyfirewooddirect.co.uk . We aim to respond to all emails within 4 business hours.

How long will it take to get my delivery?

Pallet delivery network doing best they can to achieve 2-4 working days timeframe, however in rare cases could take up to 5 working days. We must understand that delays may happen. 

Product availability

We are experiencing higher than usual demand. Our manufacturing site doing best to achieve all product assortment availability through the season. Goods are replenished weekly bases. To speed up the processes, pre order option is added to relevant product advising on dispatch day.

About delivery process

Pallet delivery network are following the latest government advice. Please note that our regularly flexible delivery drivers are level up more restricted in what they can do and where they can place Your pallet due to social distancing.
